Details
Murphy mains valve table radio, A72 series. Wooden case design featuring an alphabetic turning drum with long, medium and short waves marked on and a vertical line for each seperate station. Large, circular speaker on front of case with two large and two small dials beneath it. Designed by Richard Drew Russell who was the leading designer in the design of radio cabinets for the Murphy Radio Company during the 1930s.
