Video transcript

The dolls house interested me because it reminded me of when I was younger, playing with my first dolls house. When I was eight it took me, my mam and dad ages to set up. When I came to Bowes museum I saw the dolls house. It inspired me to write about it. I took some pictures of the dolls house and the different bits of furniture. Although it wasn’t my dolls house it brought back a lot of memories. My dolls house was purple, big with loads of furniture. The reason I enjoyed it so much was because I loved rearranging the furniture and walls. It felt like my own little house. I have a few memories of playing with my dolls house but my favourite one is when me and my mam are playing together with the dolls house and spending time with her. We used to dress the dolls up and put them on the little sofa and watching telly. The best thing was spending time with my mam.

I think your story is really sweet. Our mothers are very important.Posted on 13/10/2009 at 09:58:48
