I was 6 years old when I first heard of Basil Brush. I walked into the living room to find my bothers transfixed on the TV screen. I started watching it myself but I couldn’t understand the humour so whenever my brothers laughed I would copy. Basil reminds me of my granddad because he likes foxes and is funny. My mum also likes Basil, she has a key ring on her bag and always remembers watching it when she was little. The way Basil reminds me of myself is when the people tell him to stop telling jokes and he keeps on going and going on.
