Video transcript

My story is about the steam navvy outside the museum. When my sister and I were looking through the old family photos we got to the pictures where me, my mum, dad, brother, sister and my granddad went to Beamish Museum and we saw the picture of the steam navvy. And my mum told me that my granddad had found it, helped dig it up and was responsible to make sure it got to Beamish safely, which it did. He found it when he was in the TA. Last time I went to Beamish I was 2 years old and I’m now 11 and that was the last place I went with my granddad. I can’t remember much about my granddad but I can remember that I used to call him Bishop granddad because he lived in Bishop Auckland.
