Haleigh: Hi, my name is Haleigh.

Ebony: And my name is Ebony.

Both: We are cousins and we live in Hartlepool.

Haleigh: I'm 12 years old, I go to English Martyrs School.

Ebony: I'm 11 years old and I go to Kingsley Primary School.

Haleigh: In this story we are going to talk about our family.

Ebony: and the history of our family.

Ebony: These are a couple of pictures of Haleigh when she was little and how she looks now. Her favourite part of her childhood was playing with barbies and going to theme parks.

Haleigh: Now my favourite things are chocolate and still going to theme parks. Now here is a picture of Ebony when she was little and when she grew up to now. When she was little her favourite thing was riding her bike and eating chocolate cake.

Ebony: Now my favourite things are playing with my friends and still eating chocolate cake.

Haleigh: These are some facts about our family.

Ebony: Which makes us unique.

Haleigh: Our grandad's side of the family were scottish crofters.

Ebony: Our great grandma was in World War Two.

Haleigh: My second name, Jorgeson, is Scandinavian.

Ebony: My name Ebony is a type of wood and means black. Because we have a big family a range of different things have happened to us.

Haleigh: Even though we argue lots of the time I know they love me really and I love them just as much. I really enjoy being with them.

Ebony: Our family is a bit weird but we all still love each other.
