Video transcript

Red Door... Exotic, romantic, firey. Not quite... My red door, My red front door. Marked. For who is living there An asylum seeker! A pariah! A ghostly figure. Lost in the world, lost in the system. 8 years of uncertainty of no roots, No home, No life. Questions? Thoughts? And unsung melodies. A little prayer escapes me Unheard, unanswered. A pretentious smile. Welcome to my hell... My 6ft above the ground. Shun the world, Shut the door My front red door.

A new beginning. My mum used to say Every time she told me how I arrived. A new beginning, a new moon I was blessed as a child. With a mother love, Deeper than the deepest sea, higher than the Highest mountain. I learned, I laughed, I cried. I grew up faster than expected. Faced with many battles, many storms. Lost my roots, lost my land. Nothing left, only me, in a cloudy day. Pen in hand, a blank paper. Yearning for my mother's love.
