Video transcript

I started off as a baby and I was really small like this springy, but as I got older I grew.

The springy is a lot like a person, it's bouncy, it's flexible and it moves around. A springy is a lot like me. Two years ago when I was eight I started gymnastics. My friend Amy told me it was great. At first I was really nervous because I didn't think Amy was there but when I saw Amy my nerves went down and I was calm and happy. The first thing we had to do was the splits and cartwheels. My friend Amy was really good at the splits and I was really good at cartwheels We then had to do sprinting, it's really good, I raced my friend. I nearly beat her but she beat me by one-second.

I felt really happy that I got to spend more time with my friend than I usually do. And learnt that a springy is a lot like a person and a person is a lot  like a springy  and that people  always carry  their  childhood memories with them, however much a person moves around and changes throughout their life.

I loved the imagery of the spring! An excellent story, one of the best I've seen.Posted on 10/11/2009 at 07:53:15
