Video transcript

In Liverpool I was a skater and I always bugged my mam about getting a tattoo. And she said she would pay for one when I was 16 and old enough to get one. Then I was moved to Newcastle and I was put into foster care, this is how I felt; angry- taken for no reason. Betrayed- from the people you thought you could trust. Unloved- no one to hold you when you are sad. Leftout- no one to love you, no one to hear you cry. Sadness- no one to talk to, no family to help you, not being able to see your family. Bullied- Bullied by foster carers, beaten by foster carers, bullied by other foster children. Lies- all the Lies the SS tell the courts to get you put into care for no reason, when there are kids out there who need the SS. Happy- when you see the family you lost. When I left care I moved back in with my mum, I turned 16 and I got a tattoo of a shamrock in a plant pot, which was my mums tag from her childhood. I got the tattoo to show my love for her, as she has always helped me and been there for us.
