When two hearts become one – here is a little story about two very different worlds three hundred miles apart coming together as one, with ups and downs and love and happiness.

I was born on a cold October morning in 1984 weighing 7lb 10oz, 4 months later on a very cold February morning 1985 the love of my life was born weighing 7lb 5oz. Years later as Chris and I went to school, Chris went to a private school and I went to a public school. We both found out we were dyslexic and in many ways we were alike, but lived in different worlds. For example we both lived with our mums and had 2 brothers, but I had a sister as well.

Years later we met in Sports World, it was love at first sight. A few months after that me and Chris found out I was pregnant and I had to move back to London for my scans. Moving back to London was heartbreaking because Chris could not come with us at that time, however, two weeks later Chris followed me to London and I fell in love with him all over again. Then nine months later Elliot was born on a hot summers morning in June 2005 weighing 7lb 9 1/2 oz. Living in London, for Chris opened a lot of opportunities for him to become a tree surgeon and I become a loving housewife.

In 2006 Chris got a new job opportunity in South Shields so we moved back and got our first house. A week after moving into our first house we found out I was pregnant again. We were so happy! Nine months later Reece Luanne was born on a cold February morning 2008 weighing 7lb 91/2oz.

After Reece was born I had just nine moths to organise my wedding. I wanted to make it perfect for me, Chris and the girls. When the day came it was a cold, lovely morning with frost everywhere. It was perfect. I put my dress on, it was perfect. My hair was done, it was perfect and as I walked down the aisle to Chris it was perfect, everything was perfect. Now it’s 2010 – 6 years later and me and Chris – we met, we moved to London and back again and had two lovely, beautiful little girls that are growing up and are best friends and enjoy being together. As our hearts became one, it was an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy to enjoy spending the rest of my life with my soul mate Chris.
